Lead Application Engineer

About this Position

As a Lead Application Engineer, you will lead and provide engineering support to assigned key account Semiconductor customers. You will share knowledge and expertise on Henkel's semiconductor materials product lines, both commercial and developmental materials. The role ensures you deliver high-quality field customer support and some lab work that will contribute directly to regional business growth. You will be part of sustainability initiatives and will have close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing and global stakeholders.

• Lead and manage customer application tests and assembly operations, supporting adhesives used in semiconductor, component assembly, and electronic devices.
