They are responsible for managing the creation and delivery of exceptional NPC and player animations while providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to the team. The Lead Animator ensures that production goals are met, maintains smooth and efficient animation production, and governs the artistic and technical quality of gameplay‑ready animations.
