- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Install new air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Repair and replace faulty components, including compressors, motors, and refrigerant lines
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their needs
- Formal qualification or certification in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Minimum 2 year of practical experience as an Aircon Technician (Preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repair
