What You’ll Do
Build and optimize knowledge structures, taxonomies, and metadata models
Turn complex business knowledge into AI-ready context layers
Design retrieval & context assembly workflows for Gen AI applications (RAG, copilots, agents)
Own content governance — quality, freshness, access & compliance
Improve AI response quality through better context engineering
Collaborate across product, engineering, and domain teams
