Lead AI & Data Engineering Architect

We are looking for a technically fluent, AI-native leader to serve as Lead AI & Data Engineering Architect within Valenta’s Data & AI Integration Practice. This person will own the technical direction and cultural transformation of our data engineering and analytics teams — moving them from traditional delivery models toward an AI-first, agentic development paradigm.

You will serve as the connective tissue between data infrastructure, AI tooling, client outcomes, and team capability growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you architect, you code, you review, and you set the standard for how AI accelerates everything we build.
