Responsibilities
- Develop and own an AI concept for significantly improving ASH processes over outreach, mapping, and testing
- Collaborate with both ASH PD and ASH Service Execution to ensure the ASH target operating model aligns with the target AI architecture
- Design and implement AI agents that can execute multi‑step workflows, use tools, and operate with appropriate human oversight
- Build and maintain RAG‑based solutions over internal knowledge sources, documentation, operational procedures, and integration‑related content
- Integrate LLM‑powered capabilities with enterprise systems and workflows using APIs, databases, structured files, and automation services
