Role Summary

Lead AI Consultant responsible for embedding AI strategy and delivery in client engagements, while also leading internal enablement and cultural transformation across Merkle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as primary consultant on AI engagements, advising senior stakeholders on AI transformation strategy, architecture and implementation; develop tailored AI strategies and technical specifications, translate business requirements into actionable technical language and facilitate client workshops from discovery to planning.
2. Anticipate how AI will reshape organisational structures over the next two to five years; build forward‑looking scenarios, challenge inherited assumptions, and propose AI‑native alternatives grounded in feasibility and readiness.
3. Lead internal enablement programmes: design and deliver training from foundational concepts to advanced agent‑workflow design, driving cultural change through practice.
