The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Conducting experiments and performing test procedures to produce reliable, reproducible results.
- Documenting and summarising experimental data for review and interpretation.
- Communicating results and observations to team members, including any unexpected results or observations.
- We’re looking for a seasoned agronomist to lead operations in-country. This person will:
- Oversee and manage a team of field agronomists
- Take full responsibility for agronomic strategy, planning, and execution
- Have a strong command of crop nutrition, soil health, and sustainable farming practices
- Lead field trials, product testing, and agronomic R&D
- Collaborate with commercial teams on business development efforts
- Act as the key point of contact for agronomy activities in the region
