**Job Description Summary**: The Controls NPI Lead Engineer be incharge of the Core Software Development, NPI design during the all phases, create technical documentation, validation process support and software maintenance for Aero, close collaboration with CTH and interaction with Package Software.This role is critical in driving a team culture of technical system & domain depth, contemporary leadership, on-time quality execution, strong customer-focused mindset and quality focus.Support Aero Controls NPI team on the most critical NPI programs as TS7A state of the art facility collaborating closely with Aero Organization participating as lead on the GT NPI SW development, create documentation and maintaining the Software with latest lessons learned on the design, validation and commissioning control systems for Aero Controls Systems.These roles are critical in driving a team culture of technical system & domain depth, on-time quality execution and strong customer-focused mindset s...
