This leadership role involves guiding a team of 5-8 Analysts through various claims processes, enhancing their skills while ensuring compliance with best practices. You will also be responsible for strategic interactions with brokers and clients. Your efforts will contribute to AIG’s dedication to a proficient and empathetic claims experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and develop a team of Analysts
• Authorize claims settlements exceeding Analyst limits
• Approve coverage denial letters and claims
• Conduct monthly compliance reviews on claims
• Maintain strong client and broker relationships
