As a key expert in our L&D team, you will partner with management to drive strategy and priorities that align with organizational goals. You will lead the development of complex learning solutions, utilizing advanced instructional design and adult learning principles. Additionally, your role will include mentoring the L&D team and ensuring high-quality workshop materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting organizational-wide L&D strategy and priorities
