Location: Sydney or Melbourne | Reporting to L&D Manager based in Singapore

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused L&D Program Operations Executiveto take ownership of the logistics behind our programs, working closely with Stephanie Croxford (Singapore) and the wider global HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, enjoys working with people, and takes real pride in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences.
THE ROLE:
You will play a key role in ensuring our L&D programs run smoothly from end to end. With guidance initially, you'll gradually take full ownership of program delivery and operations.
