Job Purpose
The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, delivery, administration, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. The role ensures that employees receive effective training and development opportunities that enhance performance, support business objectives, promote continuous learning, and maintain compliance with organisational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Learning Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate and administer all training programmes, workshops, and learning initiatives across centres and Head Office.
- Maintain the annual training calendar and communicate training schedules to stakeholders.
- Manage training nominations, attendance records, and training logistics.
