L&D Classroom & LMS Training Lead

Plasticos Castella SA is looking for a Training Coordinator in Tijuana, Baja California. This role is responsible for managing Classroom Training activities and overseeing the administration of training programs for the Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources role. Responsibilities include logistics coordination for training courses and providing support for the Learning Management System (LMS).
