Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Criminal Defence Lawyer at Advocate Law located in Red Deer, AB. The Lawyer will handle legal cases, conduct research, draft legal documents, advise clients, and represent clients in court proceedings. We are seeking an ambitious lawyer to join our team.
Qualifications
- Legal research, legal writing, and drafting skills
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in litigation and court proceedings
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the province of Alberta
