Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities

• Laundry Operations: Responsible for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens, towels, and clothing items, ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of all laundry.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain laundry machines and equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing tools, ensuring their proper functioning.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages or damages, ensuring efficient stock levels.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests or customers, addressing any specific laundry requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to safety standards, and using chemicals and equipment in accordance with established guidelines.
