Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain launch plans for new products, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, etc.) for timely execution of launch activities.
• Lead follow‑up meetings, facilitating communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for internal and external clients for assigned launches.
• Proactively identify risks, constraints, or deviations, and propose mitigation plans.
