Launch Operations Program Manager – Amazon Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to mitigate and drive to closure.
• Define program requirements and use data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
• Coordinate and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Define new goals to measure program success and drive program health.
• Support the launch of new operations in logistics.
• Design process maps for the operations.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels—senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.
