Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the Machine shop Supervisor / Leader for daily work assignment.
- To achieve the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned.
- Setup and operate lathe machine, complete machining task assigned
- Responsible for quality of the parts produced.
- Perform self-inspection on finished work‑piece.
- Prepare / arrange raw material, tooling and fixture for next machining process and programs for set‑up.
- Maintain good housekeeping, safety and general machine maintenance.
- Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) activities such as minor maintenance that includes cleaning, inspection, lubrication etc.
- with Turnmill experience or at least 5-axis Milling experience
- Able to commit on monthly rotating and weekends shift work
- Morning shift (8am to 5pm)
- Night shift (9pm to 6am) - allowance provided
