Manage and operate platform services in a tenant environment above hypervisor level.

Ensure reliability, security, and operability of container platforms and COTS components (MongoDB, Nginx, MQTT, IBM MQ, ArcGIS, etc.).

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain platform services including container platforms, middleware, databases, messaging systems, and supporting runtime components.
  • Support Day 2 operations, incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade operating systems (RHEL, Windows Server) and platform-related software.
  • Perform platform performance tuning, capacity planning, and service optimization activities.
