LATAM TMF & Records Management Lead

Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Mexico and is looking for a Manager of Clinical Systems. This role will oversee the Records Management team, ensuring compliance and quality in clinical documentation. You will manage a team of specialists, providing support, performance management, and training while enhancing processes.

We seek a candidate with at least 8 years of experience, including leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in English is required. This is a key position for the growth of our clinical operations in LATAM.
