LATAM Retail FX/CFDs Leader — Remote & High Impact

Sin nombre is looking for a Head of LATAM to shape the trading strategy across Colombia and other Latin American countries. This is a unique opportunity to lead and build the business from the ground up, expected to drive client acquisition, establish strong partnerships in the region, and report directly to the CEO and CCO.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a senior role at a retail FX/CFD broker, a strong network across LATAM, and professional fluency in English and Spanish. This is a fully remote role with a flexible structure.
