**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Leads Regional Payroll Service transition planning and serves as Copeland business voice for quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, time & attendance, and related services for various countries in the region.
- Leads the organizational effort for the Copeland business during the transition, define immediate and future support needs, service models and operational frameworks.
