LATAM Payroll Manager – Lead, Optimize & Compliance

Johnson Controls, based in Monterrey, Mexico, is searching for a Manager – NoLA Payroll to oversee payroll operations throughout Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance, while leading a dedicated payroll team.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields, with over 7 years of payroll experience in the LATAM region. Proficiency in Workday and fluency in Spanish and English are essential.
