LATAM Investor Services: Client Service Officer

State Street is seeking a client service professional to support LATAM clients across custody, fund administration and related services, partnering with the Client Service Manager to ensure service levels are met and exceeded.

You will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, escalate issues when needed, and collaborate with middle- and back-office teams to improve quality, productivity and reporting. Travel may be required; fluency in English and French is preferred.
