Summary of Responsibilities:

This position involves assisting our business development and transaction teams primarily for Latin America, but also for our African business. Whilst existing corporate and/or investment banking experience is mandatory, through on-the-job training and real transactional experience you will gain the skills that will enable you to become a key member of our deal team.

Essential Functions:

Job responsibilities will vary depending on the business unit; however, generally you can expect to be involved in supporting analysts and bankers with valuation models, forecasting, pitch books and client preparation, due diligence, and involvement in the origination and execution of deal mandates, as well as marketing our deal capabilities throughout the region.
