LatAm HR Partner for Builders Experience

Amazon Web Services (AWS) in LATAM seeks a dedicated HR Leader to support Builders across Corporate and data centers. The role collaborates with Leaders, HRBPs, and site teams to implement HR strategies and elevate the Builder experience.

Weekly travel to other site locations within the cluster is required. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR generalist or partner experience, strong knowledge of HRIS, employment law, and fluency in English and Spanish.
