Latam Hr Generalist — Workday & Recruitment Support (Avellaneda)

The Nature Conservancy is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Latin America.

This role involves supporting HR operations, implementing key people programs, and providing comprehensive HR support across nine countries including Argentina.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced analytical skills with Excel, and fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
