LATAM Distribution Growth Manager

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Latin America Distributor Manager based in Monterrey, Mexico. This role involves developing sales strategies for the distribution network, maintaining relationships with commercial partners, and ensuring the optimization of sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Latin America, particularly in industrial coatings, along with a strong network and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. Travel across the region will be required.
