Project Manager – Enterprise IT Projects (Start Date ASAP)
Must Haves:
2–4+ years managing large, high-risk IT projects (data, infrastructure, or application development) in global environments.
Strong, assertive PM leadership – proactive “activist” PM who can drive projects forward, make tough decisions, and push back when needed.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred), flexibility to work across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid environments.
Full lifecycle ownership: manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams across multiple concurrent projects (often 3–4 at a time).
Strong communication & stakeholder management: confident interacting across all levels, building relationships, driving accountability, and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
Nice to Haves:
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master, CSM/PSM, or other Agile certifications.
Tools & platforms: Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and collabor...
