Latam Client Engagement & Development Director

Job PurposeIn partnership with the General Manager and the US Client Engagement team, will be responsible to define and implement the clienteling strategy, across all client tiers, in the LATAM market, in line with our business strategy and budget.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit new clients and cultivate relationships with the local communityDevelop and elevate high potential mid-tier clients by building a culture of strategic client engagement amongst the entire teamDevelop and further grow our existing top-tier clients, in partnership with the Client Relations teamAct as an Ambassador and support for all Dior top clients, both from boutiques within our zone and globallyThey will reinforce our Dior standards, striving for excellence with every interaction, resulting in the development of long-term relationships, and meeting and exceeding store sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), notably planned business, mid-tier client growth and top client revenue.This person is an experient...
