Key Accountabilities

1. Last Mile Operations Management
   • Plan, manage, and optimize last-mile delivery operations to achieve cost and performance targets.
   • Monitor delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost per delivery, and implement improvement strategies where necessary.
