The main role of the LR Associate is to actively manage and communicate with our linguistic resources, ensuring that we have enough talent to support projects.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, qualifying, selecting, orienting, and negotiating with Clearly Local resources
Working with internal teams to provide recommendations for strategic planning; reviewing, preparing, and completing action plans; and implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
Maintaining positive relationships and fostering inclusion in the Resources Community
Updating and maintaining the Clearly Local Resource Database
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Good written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and their functions
Preferred
Understanding of Chinese language and culture preferred
International experience (working or studying abroad)
