Landscaping Manager
This role oversees the planning, maintenance, beautification, and sustainability of the property's outdoor environment while managing the landscaping team, budgets, contractors, irrigation systems, and horticultural programs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the daily operations, ensuring all outdoor areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for gardens, lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and green spaces.
- Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate the landscaping team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Plan seasonal planting programs, floral displays, and landscape enhancements that align with the property's standards.
- Monitor the health of plants, trees, and turf, implementing pest and disease control measures when required.
