- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets .
- Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement .
- Monitor cost control, reporting, and payments .
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts .
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Landscaping or related field.
- Experience in cost estimation, contracts (FIDIC, JCT), and procurement .
- Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, or similar software .
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills .
