Plan, coordinate, and manage landscape construction and maintenance projects from commencement to completion.

• Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
• Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Monitor project costs and control expenditures
• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, NParks, and other relevant statutory requirements
• Supervise site supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives
