About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our Landscape Maintenance Team as a Lead Hand – the second in command on our maintenance crews. This role is perfect for a hands‑on professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys mentoring team members and helping oversee daily operations.
