Blades Landscaping is hiring a Field Operations Lead for a hands‑on leadership role in Northwest Arkansas.
This is not an entry‑level landscaping job. This is not a “we’ll teach you everything from scratch” role.
We are only hiring someone who already has real, direct landscaping experience and knows how to do the work at a high level.
That means you should understand things like:
- How to mow different types of grass correctly
- How to manage weeds and keep properties clean
- How to trim, edge, and blow with professional quality
- How to clean up and maintain landscape beds
- How to identify property issues before the customer complains
- How to operate and care for landscaping equipment
- How to lead a crew through a full day of field work
- How to leave a property looking sharp, clean, and professionally maintained
