Role Summary

Recruiting two full‑time carpentry crews who will focus on building Trex Decks.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the building, supervision, and coordination of on‑site carpentry activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters.
• Estimate the time and materials needed for projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
