Land Surveyor – Building Construction

We are looking for a qualified land surveyor to join our team for ongoing building construction projects in the UAE. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a land surveyor in building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in using surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other related tools.
• Ability to perform site layout, leveling, and measurements in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining as-built drawings and survey reports.
• Familiar with construction site procedures, safety practices, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Strong coordination skills with project engineers and site supervisors.
