MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Acquire and obtain access/lease, steward, monetize and/or divest surface and/or subsurface rights to deliver/protect value and mitigate risk across the asset life cycle, and provide advice on best practices and strategic cross-functional opportunities.
- Develop, negotiate and execute new commercial agreements obtaining all functional alignment, as required.
- Analyze, manage and steward contracts, as needed.
- Develop, prioritize and recommend commercial concepts/structures for the acquisition and/or monetization of a business opportunity for new and existing assets.
- Acquire, trade, monetize or divest asset rights to deliver value.
- Manage and sustain external relationships relevant to own portfolio (e.g., government officials, land owners, service providers and partners).
