About the Role
The Land Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of land and mining assets in the Greater Montreal market. This includes managing permits, entitlements, leases, and relationships as needed to maximize mining reserves for the regional aggregates and construction materials business. The role will develop strategic opportunities for growth through the acquisition and permitting of new green‑field mineral reserves, in addition to handling non‑strategic land sales. The role works closely with the local operations team, legal staff, environmental staff, and mine planners.
