About the Role
The Land Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of land and mining assets in the Greater Montreal market. This includes managing permits, entitlements, leases, and relationships as needed to maximize mining reserves for the regional aggregates and construction materials business. The role will develop strategic growth opportunities through acquisition and permitting of greenfield mineral reserves, as well as handle non‑strategic land sales. It will work closely with local operations, legal, environmental staff, and mine planners.
