Land Development Manager

Qualifications:

• The Development Manager will be responsible for development projects, ensuring that

milestones, value maximization and project quality is achieved.

• The successful candidate will possess a functional knowledge of the Development Process,

Urban Planning and/or Infrastructure Delivery.

• The candidate will have a proven track record of success with real estate development projects

displayed through years of development experience including engagement in the approval

processes, working with municipalities and other governmental agencies.

• The candidate will have proficient knowledge of construction & architectural concepts and

working knowledge of financial proformas.

• The candidate will have the ability to lead and to prioritize competing short and long-term
