Land Approval Cum Regulatory Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Land Approvals & Regulatory Manager to own the complete government approval pipeline for our projects. This is a senior field role with direct access to the promoter and leadership team. What You Will Handle KIADB — project profile modifications, bifurcation applications, plan sanctions, NOCs and all liaison with KIADB Zonal Office Mysuru DTCP — layout sanction applications, Gated Villa Community scheme, relinquishment deeds MUDA / Local Bodies — coordination for E-Khata, Form 9, Form 11, property card issuance Revenue Department — mutation applications, RTC corrections, Pahani updates, Kaveri 2.0 registrations K-RERA — project registration for plotted development and hospitality projects DC Conversion — Section 95 applications and follow-up All government liaison — Sub-Registrar, Tahsildar, Gram Panchayat, KPTCL, KUWS&DB
