The Land Acquisition Specialist is a project‑based role which will be responsible for facilitating land acquisition requirements for one of ib vogt's solar projects based in the province of Iloilo in the Philippines in support of project development activities.
- Work with the Land Acquisition Manager in screening new site locations in partnership with Project Development Managers.
- In the absence of or in support of the Land Acquisition Manager, represent the company to landowners, presenting project opportunities and establishing new relationships.
- Work with the Land Acquisition Manager in negotiation and execution of land lease and purchase agreements, securing right of way for transmission lines and substations.
