Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year.
ARD Developers is seeking a detail-oriented Land Accounts Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the real estate sector and a strong command of Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include maintaining land-related records, assisting with account reconciliations, preparing reports, managing documentation, and supporting the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities. Experience with a well-reputed real estate developer will be considered an added advantage.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of accounting experience
Real estate industry experience is mandatory
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good analytical and record-keeping skills
Experience with a reputable developer preferred.
