Benefits Operations Manager/Consultant

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and effectively. This role involves strategic planning, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee satisfaction and support the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and other related programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA, and keep abreast of legislative changes that may impact benefits administration.
