Labour Relations Specialist at Paladin

Become a crucial part of Paladin Security as a Labour Relations Specialist. This temporary six-month role supports Ontario branches while enhancing employee and management relations.
As a Labour Relations Specialist on the People and Culture team, you will engage with around 4,000 employees across Ontario. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will interpret collective agreements, address workplace issues, and build strong relationships between management and union representatives. Your expertise will foster a compliant and harmonious workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret collective agreements and legislation for compliance
• Provide consultation on employee relations and workplace investigations
• Assist with grievance procedures and documentation
• Support management in grievances and mediation processes
