Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Labor Relations, Employment Law, HR Compliance with deep expertise in Spanish labor law: Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective bargaining framework (Convenios Colectivos), works council regulations (Comités de Empresa), equality legislation, and recent regulatory developments
- Demonstrated experience managing or negotiating with employee representatives and/or trade unions in Spain
- Experience working in multinational companies in the technology industry, specifically in high growth stage to public company
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural, and fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
